Do Waist Trainer Only Work On Celebrities?

The battle of trying to stay in shape is one that I have been fighting for the longest, I mean, I went from being a size 6 to size 14 in the blink of an eye and I have been fighting to remain between 12 and 10 at the least, that is the battle. Between 2014 and 2015, I weighed between 60-64 kg with a body that could fit into a size 8 dress comfortably, by 2016 I weighed 90 kg with a body that could fit into a 14 dress. It was a sad moment in my life, a moment where I lost myself simply let myself get swallowed up by what seemed like a series of misfortune in my life. Before the end of 2016 however, I had dropped to 80 kg with a body that bore bruises (Stretchmarks) from some of life's most unfair events, story for another day. Since that time till now, I have consciously made attempts to get my body in shape, in-between that, I tried various types of tummy belts which i mostly purchased online. Ease On Lockdown- I Ain't Ready.

So the government have announced an ease on the lock down being observed starting from May 4th, this means that we can finally go back to our various jobs and get a chance to do some of the things that we are used to doing. As a radio show host presenter that I am, I certainly find working from home more tedious than actually being in the studio. The radio has been running shows which requires that presenters record their programs at home and send over to the studio. For this, I have suff...

Easter On Lockdown.

Easter is a time when Christians around the world celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, it is a yearly celebration that reminds us of the love, sacrifice and living miracle that we enjoy as children of God. For as long as I can remember, Easter is one of those holidays that I look forward to after Christmas, this is due to the amazing reenacting of Christ's experience on earth; from the triumphal entry into Jerusalem to the crucifixion of Jesus and His resurrection. Easter has always been memorable. One of the most beautiful part of Easter for me is the Sunday morning, that is literary the only time I get to see a real life donkey because donkeys aren't very popular in Nigeria. Unfortunately, this year's Easter celebration will not be observed like the years before due to a world wide pandemic caused by the outbreak of Corona virus throughout several countries in the world. This is probably the most unusual Easter ever. People are expected to stay in their houses...
