Out with the old and in with the new. Here is a list of shoes I feel every lady should have in her shoe closet as we are preparing for the end of year, and the coming of a new year.

N.B: These are my personal opinions, it is not meant to put any form of pressure on you. You have no reason to feel bad, you can simply read for the fun of it even if you cannot get your hands on the shoes on my list. I honestly do not have them either, so please Queen, reduce the pressure.
I am going to start by listing a shoe that must not cross over to 2021. I feel like if I See these shoes again, I might lose my mind.😒
Dear Queen, I know you love that your pair of transparent shoes but please, it is time to let it go. As far as I am concerned, clear and transparent shoes are just hideous, yes, I said it.
What I find absolutely annoying about this shoe other than the fact that literary everyone has it, is how it exposes the struggles of one's leg in them. A lot of times with heels, we struggle to keep balance, in that process, our toes are squeezed up in an awkward form, a form that these clear shoes do no justice to. Whenever I see a lady on them, I cannot take my gaze off the awkward positions of the toes, it is just distracting to say the least.
Worst of all, it rarely looks as cute on real legs as it does in sample photos and that is because it is being modeled by light ladies with cute toes. But if you have veins on the feet, it is just annoying to see these shoes on you, get rid of them abeg.
Now that I have gotten that off my chest, we move to the must haves for the new year.
1. Strappy Sandal: There is no celebrity in Nigeria who has done justice to this as much as Toke Makinwa. this shoe will make a great addition to your collection. Whether it is the ankle straps or not. It can be styled in numerous ways, from tight denim to loose pants, dinner dresses and bum shorts. You can tie the straps around the pants, it looks really interesting and fresh.
2. Weave High Heels: This is my absolute favorite heel at the moment. The comfort and balance of these are just beyond words and the very fact that it can be rocked in various ways makes it all the more better. The Weave heels comes in many forms, there are the double straps, the square toe design and so forth. If this shoe isn't already sitting in your shoe collection, well, hurry up and get a pair.
3. Increased Wadges Shoes: I am all about comfort when it comes to choosing my shoes and that is why I find these increased wadges sandals really captivating. For a girl like me who loves high shoes, this design of wadge shoe is just perfect for day time events like going to the beach, the movies or just a walk to the mall. They come in different colors and styles too, so you might consider adding one of these to that lovely shoe collection of yours.
4. Denim Knee High Boots: I know you are not expecting this to make the list, however, the major reason why most people do not rock this boot is because they really do not know how best to. But denim knee high boots can be worn in simple, yet cool ways. You can wear a white mini shift dress and layer a blue denim jacket over it to look lean and youthful, then wear a pair of blue denim thigh high boots to turn this already good looking outfit into a great looking one.You can also pair them with blue denim mini shorts or even on your denim trouser.
5. Casual Canvas: Once again, I am all about comfort and my list wouldn't be complete with them. There is no story to tell, canvas can be worn literately anything and gives the best comfort to the feet.
